Coconut Water


I have been addicted to coconut water. I have had 2 a day. I only drink it right out of the coconut. I'm telling you my skin has been getting more clear and I have more energy. Also been doing a daily shot of the E3Live. It is also amazing and I recommend it for energy and clarity!!

    Do you just buy the coconuts at the store and crack them open? I would love to try this. I cook with coconut oil. It's so good for you.
